Dear fellow members of District 76:

Welcome to Kawasaki and 2012 District 76 Fall Conference! This year’s conference program promises to be one of the best ever as you know well that Division D is hosting this annual event with the united power of clubs in Kanagawa Prefecture!

If this is your first District Conference, welcome! I hope you take advantage of every opportunity to meeting many old and new friends coming from all over Japan here in Kawasaki. And have a lot of fun.

The highlight of this conference is to have the Immediate Past President of Toastmasters International Michael Notaro, DTM as our distinguished guest, and you will be informed firsthand from him the latest development of the Toastmasters International extensively.
